My mom and i stayed here one night, the staff went totally out of there way for us. We have NEVER experienced such kind and thoughtful accommodations at any other hotels before. Special thanks to Patrick, Andy, and Tammy... You all have hearts of gold!!! I would recommend PIONEER to anyone staying in this area that likes to be treated like family. Thank you PIONEER!
What a fun place to stay. Each room has its own theme. Convenient to the highway and nice people. Try breakfast next door - great food and service.

The place has no elevator. Their breakfast is ok only. Had a misunderstanding with the manager there. When I called to make the reservation I was told they did offer a military discount so i made my reservation there. When I received the invoice via email I was told there wasn't any military discount. Long story short, I called back and spoke to the manager about the wrong info I had been given. I made the reservation there because this motel was closer to my event, however the other hotels that I called DID give me a military rate discount. I would have gone with another hotel had I known they weren't going to offer a discount after all. When the manager called me back she said she would honor what I was told. When I got there to check in she only gave me a discount on ONE night even though my reservation was for 4 nights. Too bad because I won't stay there ever again. Please make sure all your employees have the correct information.
I love that they are environmentally consious, and they seem nice enough, and the place is clean and things are comfortable. The bathroom though is super small though I like the heat lamp feature to it.
